Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 145 degrees F. Grill: 1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Season pork, drizzle with oil. 2. Sear on all sides about 5 min. Reduce to MED-LOW, close lid. 3. Cook 15-25 min, turning occasionally. Rest 5-10 min before slicing. Roasting: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place pork in roasting pan; season pork, drizzle with oil. Cook 15 min. 3. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Cook additional 15-30 min, rest 5-10 min before slicing.
