Hot or Cold Drinking Chocolate Recipe: For an 8oz serving, follow these steps: 1. Mix 3 level teaspoons of Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder with 1 tablespoon of sugar. 2. Add 3 tablespoons of water until a smooth paste is formed. 3. Add 8 ounces of hot or cold milk and stir until all the chocolate paste is dispersed. 4. When making hot cocoa, do not allow the milk to boil. Feel free to adjust the proportions to your own taste.
