When scheduling, please follow these guidelines:

Include the warehouse delivering to and date for delivery
- ROC is for Rochester, NY Warehouses
- RSC is for Pottsville, PA Warehouses
- HDC is for Hazelton, PA Warehouses
- VSC is for Ashland, VA Warehouses
Email Body:
- Please do not include attachments as they are lost in the email trail
- Please send one email per truck request
- Please do not send multiple email requests. We work through emails in sequential order and will reply to them in the order they are received.
- The respective Scheduler will email you back with the confirmation of your appointment date/time. All PO’s will be scheduled for the appointment time closest to your request, and next available opening.
