  • 2 tsp Italian Classics Chopped Garlic in Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Wegmans Vegetable Culinary Stock

  • 1/2 of a 13 oz pkg Wegmans Don't Be Piggy Meatless Sausage Style Crumbles (Frozen Foods)

  • 2 cans (15.5 oz each) Wegmans Cannellini Beans, undrained

  • 1/4 cup Wegmans Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges

  • Step 1

    Layer 1 package escarole, garlic, remaining package escarole, pure olive oil, stock, crumbles, and beans in 6-8 qt slow cooker.
  • Step 2

    Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours.
  • Step 3

    Garnish with extra virgin olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon wedge over each portion before serving.
