What is the difference between home delivery and same-day delivery through Instacart?
Answer: Home delivery is a convenient option for recurring prescriptions and typically arrives within 5 business days. Same-day delivery (or next day) through Instacart would be used for urgent prescriptions.

How long will it take for my prescription(s) to arrive at my house for same-day delivery?
You will choose a 2-hour delivery window during checkout.
Can I use my Instacart+ Membership for same-day delivery?
If your Pharmacy order contains groceries ($35 minimum is required), an Instacart+ member will have a $0 delivery fee and reduced service fees. If the order only contains prescriptions, then an Instacart+ member will have a delivery fee based on the delivery window selected.
Can I pay for my prescription(s) with a HSA/FSA card?
No, not at this time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Do I need to be home when my prescription is delivered?
Yes. You will be asked to show a valid ID.
What prescriptions are not eligible for delivery through Instacart?
Refrigerated items and controlled substances are not available through Instacart. Instacart may also not be available for some Medicare or Medicaid plans.
