Fishmongers can cut whole fish to customers’ specifications and are always ready to help make the best choice. Wegmans offers a wide variety of Gold Pan ready-to-cook entrees and pre-marinated meats to pop in the oven or on the grill. In addition to conventional meat, the meat department also has beef, pork, chicken, bacon, sausage, organic options, and the choice of meat with no antibiotics or added hormones. Wegmans Angus beef raised regionally near our stores and a dry-aging case will be featured in the meat department at Norwalk.
