• The Wegmans Organic Farm and Orchard in Canandaigua, New York, experiments with different organic crops and season-extending growing techniques. Research from the farm is then shared with Wegmans’ partner growers.

Wegmans “Prime” Angus beef will be offered in the full-service case, and a dry-aging case will be featured in the meat department at Ballantyne.
