How do I update my account information?

By visiting the "My Account" page you are able to update your personal information, opt in, opt out & view online receipts, and view your shopping list(s). You can also change your store preference, change subscription preferences (emails & postal mail), and view & edit your recipe box.

To update your personal information click the edit link next to My Profile & Shoppers Club. Here you can change your email address, password, address, phone number & date of birth. Click the green update button at the bottom when you are finished to save your changes.

How do I change my preferred store?

There are multiple ways to change your preferred store. The easiest way to do this is to click on the orange  "My Store" button above the Wegmans logo on any page of the website, and click the "change store" link. 

If I change my store preference will that automatically change the aisles on the shopping list?

Yes, the pricing and store aisle information will change with your store preference change.

How do I change my password?

Once signed-in to you can change your password by visiting the "My Account Details" page under your personalized greeting. Once there, find the EDIT button next to Password in Account Settings. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267).

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the Sign-In window. If you are still having trouble, please contact us or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267).    

How do I know what my user name is?

Your user name is the email address you have on file with If you have forgotten your user name, please contact us or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267).    

Why aren’t my last name and Shoppers Club number being recognized in the linking process?

If you use any punctuation or additional spacing when entering your last name during the Shoppers Club account linking process, our system will have difficulty recognizing your account. Our system can, however, successfully link your account using just the first four letters of your last name.

  • Delete any periods (Smith Jr. becomes Smith Jr)
  • Delete any apostrophes (O’Connor becomes OConnor)
  • Replace any dashes with a space (Johnson-Smith becomes Johnson Smith)
  • Delete additional space within name (Mc Donald becomes McDonald)

Can I have 2 Shoppers Club accounts registered under one email address?

No, you can only have one Shoppers Club account associated with an email address.

How do I benefit from being a registered user on

It is not necessary to be logged in to view our site.  But, if you are registered, you may create and save your own customized shopping lists, sign-up to receive Fresh News emails, share recipes, receive digital coupons and many more benefits.

Why can I not find an item?

The product that you may be looking for may be carried in our store but we currently don't have the information on our website. Please contact us or call 1-800 WEGMANS (934-6267).

Am I on a secure site?

We make every effort to ensure that your personal information, including your credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read as it passes over the Internet. A padlock appears in the corner of your web browser when you are using SSL encryption.

Does Wegmans have a privacy policy?

Yes. We want you to know you have our word that the information gathered through this site will only be used on behalf of giving you, our valued customer, our very best. Our Privacy Policy is available for your convenience and answers questions you may have about our website.
