Keep frozen/do not refreeze. Oven Bake: Remove calamari from bag and place in a single layer on a broiling pan that is sprayed with a non-stick coating. Heat in oven at 400 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes on the center rack; carefully turn calamari over and heat another 8-10 minutes. Calamari are ready to eat when golden brown and crispy. Deep Fry: Deep fry at 375 degrees F for 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Since cooking equipment varies, cooking times are approximate. Product is pre-cooked; for best results, keep frozen until ready to heat. Do not refreeze.
