Precooked Clam Meat, Farm Raised.

Contains shellfish.

Keep frozen/do not refreeze. Thawing: Thaw in refrigerator 8-12 hours or overnight. For a quick thaw, place bag under cold running water for about 15 minutes. Remove from bag, rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. For best results, do not refreeze after thawing. Quick Cooking: For each 4 cups of seafood, place in one quart of boiling water. Immediately reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer, uncovered, for about 1 minute. Drain seafood immediately and rinse with cold running water. For pan-frying, cook until opaque and firm for about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
