Ingredients

Tilapia, Bok Choy, Water, Onion, Bell Pepper, Ginger, Seasoned Soy Sauce (Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar], Water, Salt, Yeast Extract), 2% or less of each: Rice Wine, Olive Oil, Salt, Cilantro, Black Pepper.

Directions

Bake: Remove wrap, pour sauce over meal. Bake at 350 F about 30 min or internal temp of fish reaches 130 F. Let rest 2 min.
