Tilapia, Water, Bok Choy, Onion, Bell Pepper, 2% or less of each: Scallions, Cooking Wine (Water, Rice, Wheat, Salt, Caramel Color), Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Olive Oil, Cilantro, Ginger, Lactic Acid, Sodium Benzoate (preservative).

Directions

Bake: Remove wrap, pour sauce over meal. Bake at 350 F about 30 min or internal temp of fish reaches 130 F. Let rest 2 min.
