Wild Salmon, Brown Sugar, Cracked Pepper Blend (Black Pepper, Garlic, Salt, Spices, Red Pepper, Sunflower Oil).


Allergens: Contains Fish (Salmon). MAY CONTAIN Crustacean Shellfish, Eggs, other Fish, Milk, Peanuts, Soy, Tree Nuts and Wheat due to shared preparation area.


Grill: Remove wrap & contents from plank. Soak plank 1 hr. Place salmon on plank, cover with topping. Grill on MED (lid closed) 25-30 min or internal temp of 130 F. Let rest for 2 minutes.
