Directions

Heating Instructions: Heat from frozen - do not thaw - do not refreeze. Recommended heating method is stove top. This ensures more even heating and more flavorful mussels. Enjoy! Stovetop: Empty contents of pouch into saucepan and cover. Heat at 375 degrees (high) until mussels open, approx. 8-10 minutes. Microwave: Cut a small hole in bag. Place bag in microwave the hole facing up. Heat until mussels open, approx. 5-7 minutes. When heating our pre-cooked gourmet mussels, some may not open due to extra strong adductor muscle - these can be pried open and are safe to eat. Keep frozen.
