Ingredients

Sugar, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Flour, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavor, Sea Salt, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Soy Flour.

Directions

Store in a cool, dry place and use by date stamped on package. You will Need: 4 Tbsp. Butter (Softened), 1 Large Egg, 2/3 Cup Milk. How To Make: Baking time may vary depending on your equipment. Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in center. 1. Grease or use cooking spray on an 8-inch round metal cake pan. 2. Cream softened butter and 1/2 cup cake mix with electric mixer at Medium-High speed about 2 minutes. 3. Add remaining cake mix, egg and milk, mixing on low speed just to moisten. Stop mixer and scrape sides of bowl. Continue beating at Medium-High speed about 30 seconds until well blended and smooth. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. 4. Bake 35-38 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean (Be Careful Not To Over Bake), Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. If frosting cake, cool completely. Chef Tip: Cake can be baked in an 8-inch square pan for 32-35 minutes. Gluten Free Cupcake Directions: 1. Prepare cupcake pans by greasing or lining with baking cups. 2. Prepare cake mix as directed on box through step 3. 3. Fill cups 2/3 full with batter. 4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 20-23 minutes. Cupcakes are done when toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. 5. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. If frosting, cool completely. Yield: about 14 cupcakes.
