Chickpeas, Green Onions, Non GMO Soybean Oil, Lemon Juice, Garbanzo Bean Flour, Tahini Paste (Sesame Seeds), Olive Oil, Parsley, Cilantro, Salt, Garlic (Garlic, Water), Tomatoes, Brown Sugar Syrup (Brown Sugar [Sugar, Invert Sugar and Cane Molasses], Water), Spices, Jalapeno Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Fenugreek Gum, Cayenne Pepper, Red Chili Pepper Flakes, Ghost Pepper Sauce (Naga Jolokia Pepper, Oleoresin, Water, Vegetable Oil, Acetic Acid, Roasted Garlic, Xanthan Gum).

This method is great for getting your falafel extra crispy or when you have a bunch of friends over that you want to impress. Oven: Preheat oven to 425F. Place poppers on a baking sheet or shallow tray and cook for 12-16 minutes. Microwave: In a rush? We got you covered. Place the desired amount of poppers on a microwave safe plate. Loosely wrap with a paper towel and heat on high according to the chart below: 2 poppers: 20 secs; 4 poppers: 30 secs; 6 popper 45 secs. Microwaves can vary adjust times accordingly.
