Keep refrigerated. For maximum freshness use by date stamped on package. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven Roasting: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Empty bag of sweet potato cuts on large nonstick baking sheet. Toss with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and arrange in single layer. 2. Roast 18-20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, flip halfway through bake time. Season to taste and serve. Chef Tips: Toss with basting oil or extra-virgin olive oil in place of vegetable oil.
