Bake 45 minutes, or until middle of potatoes are fork tender. Microwave Oven: 1. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape. 2. Arrange potatoes 1-inch apart on a microwave-safe dish. 3. Cook on high power, rotating 1/4-turn half-way through cooking time. 4. Follow table below for recommended cooking times. 5.
