Pierce potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape. 2. Arrange potatoes 1-inch apart on a microwave-safe dish. 3. Cook on high power, rotating 1/4-turn half-way through cooking time. 4. Follow table below for recommended cooking times. 5. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
