Place unopened bag with directions side up on microwave-safe plate (do not place directly on microwave turntable). There is no need to pierce bag. 2. Cook on High 7-1/2 to 8 minutes. Let rest 3-4 minutes in microwave. 3. Carefully remove plate; cut bag open along top where indicated avoiding steam. Empty into serving dish. Season to taste and serve. Try our Roasted Vegetable Technique. Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. Remove uncooked potatoes from bag and place onto baking sheet. Cut larger potatoes in half. Toss with 2 tablespoons basting oil; season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast about 30 minutes until lightly browned and fork tender. Chef Tips: Melt finishing butter over hot potatoes. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with fresh ground black pepper and sea salt. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley, chives or tarragon. Caution: Contents and bag are hot.
