Directions

Keep refrigerated. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 Watts): 1. Cut corner of bag to vent; place on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on high 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness. 3. Rest 1 minute; carefully remove from microwave. Open bag avoiding steam; season to taste. CAUTION: Bag is HOT and contains steam. Boil: 1. Remove peas from bag and place in saucepan with 1/2 cup water (salt optional). 2. Cover and bring quickly to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cook 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. Steam: 1. Place 2 inches of water in steamer and bring to a boil. 2. Remove peas from bag and place in basket. Cover and steam 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness. 3. Carefully remove peas and season to taste. Chef Tip: Drizzle with soy or ponzu sauce; garnish with fresh grated ginger.
