Directions

Keep refrigerated. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Cut corner of bag to vent; place on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes or until desired doneness. Rest 1 minute in the microwave; carefully remove plate. Cut bag open avoiding steam; pour into serving dish and season to taste. Caution: bag is hot and contains steam. Stove: 1. Remove peas from bag and place in saucepan with 1/4 cup water (salt is optional). 2. Bring to a boil on HIGH. Cover; reduce heat. 3. Cook 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. Chef Tip: Drizzle with lemon oil, soy or ponzu sauce; garnish with fresh grated ginger.
