Keep refrigerated. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 Watts) - Cut corner of bag to vent and place in microwave. Cook on high 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness. Rest 1 minute; carefully remove from oven and season to taste. Boil: Remove carrots from bag and place in saucepan with 1/2 cup water, (salt optional). Cover and bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. Steam: Place 2 inches of water in steamer and bring to a boil. Remove carrots from bag and place in basket. Cover and steam 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness. Carefully remove vegetables and season to taste. Chef Tip : Drizzle with melted butter or lemon oil; garnish with orange zest or fresh chopped parsley. Use by date on package, once opened use immediately.
