Cover; reduce heat to simmer and cook 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness, stir occasionally. Drain and season to taste. Chef Tips: Drizzle with basting oil or extra-virgin olive oil. Toss with a tablespoon or two of balsamic vinegar. Try sautéing shaved brussels sprouts in basting oil or olive oil. For maximum freshness use by date stamped on package.
