Directions

Keep refrigerated. Wash before use. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Boil: Remove desired amount of brussels sprouts from bag and place in large saucepan with 2 cups water, (salt optional). Cover and bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 9-11 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. Steam: Place 2 inches of water in steamer and bring to a boil. Remove desired amount of brussels sprouts from bag and place in basket. Cover and steam 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness. Carefully remove brussels sprouts and season to taste. Chef tips: Try roasting brussels sprouts. Trim and quarter brussels sprouts, drizzle with 3 TBSP basting oil; salt and pepper to taste. Place on large baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes or until slightly browned and knife tender, (or bake 450 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with basting oil or lemon oil; garnish with fresh chopped thyme.
