Once opened use immediately. Keep refrigerated. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): Cut corner of bag to vent, add 1 tablespoon water and place in microwave. Cook on High 3-3 1/2 minutes or until desired doneness. Rest 1 minute; carefully remove from oven and season to taste. Boil: Remove beans from bag and place in saucepan with 1/2 cup water, (salt optional). Cover and bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. Steam: Place 2 inches of water in steamer and bring to a boil. Remove beans from bag and place in basket. Cover and steam 7-8 minutes or until desired doneness. Carefully remove beans and season to taste. Chef Tip: Drizzle with basting oil or lemon oil; try a dash of lemon pepper seasoning or fresh chopped parsley.
