Pierce bag with fork several times; place bag on microwave-safe plate and into microwave. 2. Cook on HIGH 4 minutes for crisp tender or 5-6 minutes for more tender doneness. Rest 2 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from oven. Cut bag open; avoid steam. Pour onto plate; season to taste and serve. Stovetop: 1. Remove beans from bag and place in saucepan with 3/4 cup water (salt optional). 2. Cover and bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes for crisp tender or 8-9 minutes for more tender doneness. Drain, season to taste and serve. Chef Tips: Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil or melt finishing butter over top.
