Keep refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 Watts): Cut corner of bag to vent and place in microwave. Cook on High 2 1/2-3 1/2 minutes or until desired doneness. Rest 1 minute, carefully remove from oven and season to taste. Boil: Remove asparagus from bag and place in saucepan with 1/2 cup water, (salt optional). Cover and bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat, cook 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain and season to taste. Steam: Place 2 inches of water in steamer and bring to boil. Remove asparagus from bag and place in basket. Cover and steam 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness. Carefully remove asparagus and season to taste. Chef Tip: Drizzle with lemon oil or melt finishing butter over top; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
