3 Easy Steps: No. 1 Scrape: Tear open back panel, cut a + into bag and scrape away some of the top white layer of soil under flaps to start mushroom growth (soil is 100% plant-based). No. 2 Soak: Remove bag from box, soak bag in bucket of water for -8 hours (bag will float so place scraped side face down), and then place bag back inside box. No. 3 Water: Set box near window (avoid direct sun) and keep soil moist by sprinkling 2-3 teaspoons of water per day on the scraped area until mushrooms are fully grown - baby mushrooms will sprout in around 1 week. Oyster mushrooms are best cooked. Re-soak bag to grow a bonus crop. More tips at backtotheroots.com/FAQ.
