Ingredients

Organic Vegetable Stock (Water, Organic Carrot, Organic Onions, Organic Celery, Sea Salt), Organic Lentils, Organic Tomatoes, Organic Cooked Chick Peas, Organic Onions, Organic Carrots, Contains 2% or less of each: Organic Garlic, Organic Cilantro, Organic Canola Oil, Organic Sugar, Sea Salt, Organic Corn Starch, Organic Spices, Organic Turmeric.

Warnings

Caution: Container is HOT! Grip the container on the ridged band at the top of the cup.

Directions

Keep Refrigerated. Cooking Directions: HOW TO HEAT Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Remove plastic lid; peel film from container. Place container on microwave-safe plate; cover with paper towel. 2. Heat on HIGH 1 ½ min. Carefully stir from bottom to top. Heat 1 ½ - 2 min longer or until thoroughly heated. Rest 1-2 min in microwave. Carefully remove plate and soup. Stir; ladle into bowls to serve. Stovetop: Empty contents into saucepan and heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
