Ingredients

Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Enriched Wheat Flour (Unbleached Unbromated Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Sugar, Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Soybean Oil. Contains 2% or less of the following: Salt, Emulsifiers (DATEM, Mono and Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin), Soy Flour, Caramel Color.

Directions

Previously frozen, do not refreeze. For best results, use within 24 hours after purchase. If purchased frozen use within 24 hours after thawing. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. You'll need pizza toppings of your choice. How to Cook: 1 - Bring pizza dough to room temperature in its bag, 1-2 hours. 2 - Preheat oven to 400F with rack in center. 3 - Hand shape or roll to desired shape, about 1/4-inch thickness. 4 - Place on large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; forming dough to fit pan. Add your favorite toppings. 5 - Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown.
