How To Cook: (Cooking times may very depending on your equipment). You¿ll need pizza toppings of your choice. Oven: 1. Bring pizza dough to room temperature in its bag, 1-2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 3. Hand shape or roll to desired shape, about 1/4 inch thickness. 4. Place on a large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; forming enough dough to fit pan. Add your favorite toppings. 5. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown. Chef Tips: Turn bag inside out for easy removal of dough. Allow dough to rest 10 minutes if difficult to shape. Use olive oil to grease baking sheet or pizza pan. For an extra crisp crust, bake pizza on a pizza baking stone, following manufacturer¿s instructions.
