How to Cook: 1 - Bring pizza dough to room temperature in its bag or oiled bowl, 1-2 hours. 2 - Preheat oven to 400F with rack in center. 3 - Hand shape or roll to desired shape, about 1/4-inch thickness. 4 - Place on large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; forming dough to fit pan.
