How to Cook: Add 1 cup of wheat berries to 2-1/2 cups of liquid. Combine in a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer covered until the wheat berries are tender but still chewy in texture, about 15 minutes. We have discovered that rice cookers are an easy way to prepare wheat berries, farro and quinoa. Wheat Berries are an agricultural product.
