Baked Tortilla Chips, (Stone-Ground Whole Corn, Water, Trace of Lime), Pre-Cooked Pinto Beans, Dehydrated Vegetables (Tomatoes, Corn, Carrots, Bell Peppers), Long Grain Brown Rice, Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Garlic, Onion, Natural Flavor (Non-Animal Source), Sea Salt, Natural Lime Juice Powder, Spices (Cilantro, Black Pepper, Chipotle Chili, Parsley, Celery Seed, Turmeric).

Directions

Easy Preparation: 1. Remove Fresh Flavor Packet & pour flavor blend into cup. Stir. 2. Add water to this fill line & stir well. Microwave on High 1 min & 45 sec. Microwaves vary - adjust time & power as needed. 4. Stir well around cup's bottom edge. 5. Close lid and cover with spoon. Let stand 6 minutes. Stir again & enjoy! Caution: Cup & food will be hot. Handle with care. Boiling Water: Follow instructions above except add boiling water to fill line instead of microwaving.
