Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of Light in Sodium soups with all the flavor and goodness of our regular soups, but containing 50% less sodium. Individuals with Food Allergies: Made in a facility that also processes foods containing wheat, milk, soy, seeds (including sunflower seeds) and tree nuts (but no peanuts). In addition to gluten testing, strict allergen control measures are implemented at all levels of production. Amy's Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.

Directions

1. Lift tab to rim. 2. Peel back carefully. Use care, edges may be sharp. Do not add water. Directions: Shake before opening. Ovens may vary. Microwave: Place soup in microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Cook for 2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Stovetop: Place soup in a saucepan. Warm until heated, stirring occasionally.
