Organic Noodles (Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Salt), Miso Powder (Soybeans, Rice, Salt), Tofu (Soybeans, Water, Salt), Soy Protein, Dehydrated Vegetables (Green & White Onion, Garlic, Wakame Seaweed, Shiitake Mushroom), Yeast Extract, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Natural Flavors (Vegan), Spices (Ginger, White Pepper).

Directions

Easy Preparation. 1. Remove Fresh Flavor packet & pour flavor blend into cup. Stir. 2. Add water to the fill line & stir well. 3. Microwave on High 1 minute & 45 seconds. Microwaves vary - adjust time & power as needed. 4. Stir well around cup's bottom edge. 5. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir again & enjoy! Caution: Cup & food will be hot. Handle with care. Boiling Water: Follow instructions above except add boiling water to fill line instead of microwaving.
