You Will Need: 2 - 15 oz cans pinto or kidney beans, drained; 1 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes. Directions: 1. In a large saucepan, add beans and tomatoes. 2. In a bowl, mix packet contents with 1/4 cup warm water, stirring until completely dissolved. 3. Add seasoning mixture to beans and tomatoes, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness is reached. Makes about 6 servings. Chef Suggests: Serve with diced onion and shredded cheddar cheese. For an extra kick, use fire roasted tomatoes instead of regular canned tomatoes.
