You Will Need: 1 small onion, thinly sliced; 1 small green bell pepper, sliced; 1 small red bell pepper, sliced; 1 pound boneless chicken or trimmed steak, sliced into strips; 3 tbsp oil; 1 pouch Simply Organic Fajita Simmer Sauce. 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and peppers. Cook until golden and crisp-tender, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate. 2. Add 2 tbsp oil and the chicken or steak. Cook until golden, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. 3. Add cooked vegetables and sauce to skillet. Mix until thoroughly coated and heat to a simmer.
