Directions

Total Cooking Time: 10 minutes. 1 tbsp Spectrum Canola oil; 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined (or try with chicken, scallops or mussels); 1 Imagine Louisiana Creole Culinary Simmer Sauce pouch. Cooking Directions: 1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot, but not smoking. 2. Sear shrimp for 3 minutes (approx. 1-1/2 minutes on each side) until lightly browned. 3. Reduce to medium heat. Pour in Culinary Simmer Sauce and stir gently. Allow to simmer until shrimp is fully cooked (approx. 3-5 minutes). Serves about 4-5 people. Serving Suggestion: Serve with rice and red beans. Do not microwave package. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
