Organic Yellow Popcorn.
Yellow Popcorn: Ingredients: 1 - 3 qt saucepan with a cover; 1/3 cup Arrowhead Mills Yellow Popcorn; 3 tbsp Spectrum canola or coconut oil; 2 tbsp melted butter (optional) Hain salt to taste. Cooking Instructions: Heat oil in pan over a high heat, add 3 kernels and place a lid on tight. When kernels have popped, add the rest of the kernels in an even layer, cover with lid and let pan sit over a low heat. Keep covered for 30 seconds or until all kernels have popped. When rapid popping has slowed to almost nothing, remove from heat, transfer to a medium bowl, toss popcorn with melted butter and salt. Store in a cool dry place.
