Directions

How to Make: Microwave Popping Instructions: Pop only in microwave oven. 1. Remove plastic overwrap. Make sure bag has no holes, tears, or broken seals. 2. Unfold one bag and place alone in center of microwave oven, directions side up. 3. Microwave on High (full power) until bag is expanded and popping slows to 2 - 3 seconds between pops. Normal popping time is between 2 - 5 minutes. Do not overcook as popcorn may scorch. Do not leave microwave unattended while popping corn. Remove from oven carefully (it's hot). 4. Shake before opening for even distribution of salt. Open top of bag by pulling diagonally at corners and enjoy. Additional Popping Hints: Microwave ovens vary in power. For best results, do not use your oven's preset popcorn timer. Instead, stay by microwave and listen for popping to slow. Do not stop and start microwave during popping. It is normal for some unpopped kernels to remain in a fully popped bag. Do not re-pop. Do not place bag on paper, plastic microwave cookware, or turntables which were not an original part of the oven. Popping performance may be improved by placing the bag on an inverted microwave-safe glass plate. Never microwave a bag of popcorn after popping has stopped or for more than 5 minutes.
