Product Details

100% durum semolina. USDA organic. Italy's premier organic pasta. The difference between a traditionally made pasta like bionaturae and an industrially made pasta is easy to detect. The pale color and the porous surface of our pasta is different because we extrude the shapes through traditional bronze dies and dry our pasta slowly at low temperatures. We carefully select and cultivate all of our certified organic wheat and freshly milled for each production. You can really taste and see the difference! bionaturae organic pasta is made by the third generation of a family of pasta makers, who mastered the art of making artisan pasta over a century ago! Take time out of your busy day to sit down and enjoy a delicious dinner made with bionature organic pasta from Italy! Certified organic by QAI. Made in Italy.

Ingredients

Organic Durum Wheat Semolina.

Warnings

Directions

Cooking: Bring 4 quarts of water to a full boil. Add 4 tablespoons of salt. Pour in 1 lb. of pasta and stir so pasta does not stick. Cook uncovered at full boil, stirring occasionally. The more you cook your pasta, the higher the glycemic-index rating. Please test your pasta frequently and become accustomed to eating pasta al dente, as they do in Italy. Cooking Time: 9 minutes.
