Directions

Store in a cool, dry place. How to cook: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Bring 4 quarts water to a rapid boil. (salt if desired). 2. Add desired amount of pasta to boiling water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil. 3. Cook 8 min (al dente) to 10 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain carefully. Serve with your favorite sauce. Estimate 2/3 cup dry pasta per serving makes about 1 cup. Chef Tip: Great with a classic tomato sauce or with vegetables as a primavera.
