100% Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats, Red Bell Peppers, Celery, Tomatoes, Tomato Powder, Salt, Basil, Smoked Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Cayenne, Thyme.
Cooking Instructions: 1. Empty contents of package into medium saucepot. Add 3-3/4 cups water. Stir. (For your convenience, use bag for measuring cup!) 2. Bring to a boil, stir, reduce heat to a simmer. 3. Cover and cook 25 minutes until oats are slightly crunchy. (5 minutes longer for softer oats.) Stir. 4. Wait 5 minutes, serve and enjoy! Crockpot: Combine contents of package and 3-3/4 cups water, stir. Cook on high 1 hour 40 minutes, stir and enjoy! Rice Cooker: Combine contents of package and 3-3/4 cups water. Stir and start rice cooker. Enjoy! Chef's Suggestion: Keep it Vegetarian: Toss zucchini, eggplant, and red pepper slices in olive oil, season with salt & pepper. Grill each side for 3-5 minutes. Once package contents are cooked, add veggies. Meat Lovers: Add 1/2 pound diced chicken or andouille sausage, sauteed in olive oil (cook to 165 degrees F). Garnish with grilled shrimp kabobs.
