Directions

How to Prepare Neat: 2 T water + 2 eggs or substitute + mix well + 7 minutes. Add water and two eggs to a package of Neat and mix well. Brown on medium, just like ground beef, in a non-stick skillet for seven minutes. Substitute: Egg whites or vegan egg replacement, add extra water as needed.
