Directions

1. In a saucepan, heat 1-1/2 cups milk and 1-1/2 tbsp. butter until butter melts. 2. Add packet contents to saucepan and stir until completely dissolved. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. 3. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and stir constantly for 20 seconds. 4. Remove from heat and serve over freshly prepared fettuccine noodles, 8 oz dry. Makes 4 servings. Chef Suggests: For pasta primavera, prepare as above and toss in fresh sauteed vegetables. For Alfredo style party potatoes, whip packet contents into 3-4 cups prepared mashed potatoes. Clean and de-stern 1 lb. mushrooms. Mix packet contents with 8 oz cream cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees F. Lightly broil at end if desired. Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
