Cooking Instructions: Combine 1 cup TruRoots Sprouted Bean & Lentil Medley with 4 cups water in a medium saucepan and bring to boil. Cover and simmer over heat low heat 15 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain and serve. Makes 2-1/2 cups cooked medley.
