Pita stuffers mix with garbanzos. Never ending discovery. Vegan. Archeological excavations of ancient Egypt have revealed far more than the intriguing trappings of pharaohs past. Paintings and carvings on pyramid walls have likewise divulged the culinary secrets of long-ago chefs. The technique of forming pureed beans into nourishing patties dates to that era, a tradition we uphold in our quick mix deliciously seasoned with near eastern spices. We love to hear your feedback!
