Organic Sprouted Mung Beans
Bring 3 cups water or broth to a boil in medium pot. Stir in 1 cup mung beans. Boil over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes, depending on desired texture. Drain as needed. Makes about 3 cups.
