Directions

Cooking Instructions: Add 1 cup truRoots Sprouted Green Lentils to 3 cups boiling water in a medium saucepan. Gently boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 4 to 8 minutes, depending on desired texture. Drain, as needed. Makes 4 servings.
